Haul-off coordination terms

These intake conditions supplement CTM's general terms. A separately approved written job agreement controls the specific work and price.

Coordination, not excavation

Central Texas Materials coordinates material sourcing and hauling through approved partners. Excavation, grading, engineering, compaction, remediation, permitting and disposal-site operation are not included. Submitting a request does not reserve a truck or create an order.

Material and source review

The origin contractor must disclose site history, material composition and known or suspected contamination, and provide requested test reports or documentation. No hazardous, contaminated or regulated waste is accepted through this intake. Material described as clean, topsoil or select fill remains unverified until reviewed; engineered fill requires the receiving project's written approval.

Receiving-site permission

The receiving party must have authority to accept the material and confirm lawful placement, site capacity, applicable approvals and project specifications. CTM does not certify environmental condition or engineering suitability. Unknown or unsuitable material must not be moved pending review.

Loading, access and placement

Loading equipment and operator, truck access, safe loading and unloading areas, overhead clearance, ground conditions and placement limits must be agreed before scheduling. No spreading, driveway protection or damage-free placement is promised. Unsafe conditions may stop a load.

Written price and payment terms

Each job requires a separate written offer defining quantities and units, material and trucking costs, loading or receiving fees, applicable tax, wait time, rejected-load responsibility, cancellation terms and payment arrangements. No free fill, guaranteed savings or haul-off price is implied. Dates remain requests until dispatch confirms.

Tickets, changes and closeout

Approved jobs require origin and destination information, load or weight tickets where applicable, and delivery confirmation. Volume estimates are not certified tonnage. Any change in material, quantity, site, destination or access requires renewed review and agreement before hauling.
