Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026. These terms are between you and Central Texas Materials.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown online are per ton plus a delivery fee based on distance and truckloads. Your order is confirmed once dispatch accepts it. Weights are based on the supplier's certified scale ticket, and small variances in delivered tons are normal for bulk material.
Delivery and jobsite access
You are responsible for a safe, legal drop spot the truck can reach: clear overhead lines and branches, firm ground, enough gate width, and marked utilities. When you accept the property damage waiver at checkout, you agree we are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, sprinklers or underground lines when dumping at the spot you choose.
Scheduling and weather
Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, quarry hours and road conditions can move a delivery, and we'll contact you if that happens.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at no charge before the load leaves the yard. Once loaded, the delivery fee and any restocking cost may apply. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Credit accounts
Approved contractor accounts are invoiced on the terms stated in their approval (for example Net 30). Past-due balances may pause new orders on account. Tax-exempt pricing requires a valid Texas exemption or resale certificate on file.
Sales tax
Texas sales tax is charged where required unless a valid exemption or resale certificate is on file.
Rewards
Rewards points are earned on paid, delivered orders and have no cash value outside of order discounts. Points from refunded orders are reversed.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
