Return & refund policy

Bulk material cannot be returned after delivery
Sand, gravel, soil, mulch and other bulk materials are dumped by the truckload at your address. Once a load is dumped it cannot be picked back up, reloaded or returned, because the material mixes with the ground and loses its certified weight and quality. For that reason, all sales are final once the load is delivered. If something is wrong with your delivery, see "Wrong or short loads" below; we stand behind every load we send.
Cancel before your load is scheduled
You can cancel an order for a full refund at no charge any time before the truck is loaded at the yard. Call dispatch at (737) 259-5494 during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 5:00pm) or reply to your order email. Cancellations are confirmed by email or text.
Cancel after loading, before delivery
If the truck has already been loaded but has not left for your address, the delivery fee and any restocking cost the supplier charges may be deducted from your refund. We will tell you the exact amount before we process it.
Wrong or short loads
Delivered weights come from the supplier's certified scale ticket, and small variances in bulk loads are normal. If you believe you received the wrong material or a noticeably short load, contact dispatch at (737) 259-5494 within 24 hours of delivery and have your order number ready. We review the scale ticket and delivery details with you, and if the load was short or wrong we will deliver the difference or the correct material at no extra charge, or refund the affected portion. The material must still be in the dump pile, unmixed and unused, for us to verify a claim.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You receive an email confirmation whenever a refund is processed. Approved contractor accounts with credit terms are credited on their next invoice instead.
Orders and quotes
Quotes are estimates and cost nothing; no refund applies. An order is charged only after you pay through checkout or an approved payment link, and the prices on your paid order are the ones that apply to any refund.
Damaged property at the drop spot
Return and refund terms cover the material itself. Damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, sprinklers or underground lines at the dumping spot is handled under the property damage waiver you accept at checkout, which is part of our terms of service.
Delivery delays and weather
If we cannot deliver on the agreed day because of weather, quarry hours or road conditions, we will reschedule with you or refund the order in full, your choice.
Sales tax on refunds
Refunds include the sales tax collected on the refunded amount, credited back the same way it was charged.
