What we collect
Your name, phone, email, delivery address, jobsite notes, order history, and for credit accounts your company details and trade references. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To price, schedule and deliver your orders, send order and delivery updates by email and text, run rewards and credit accounts, and answer your questions.
Texts and emails
Order updates are transactional. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only the drivers and service providers needed to complete your delivery and payment. We do not sell your information.
Security
Account data is protected by sign-in and access rules so each customer sees only their own orders. Staff access is limited to people who need it.
Advertising measurement
We use the Google Ads tag to measure when a visit from one of our ads leads to a quote request, contact message or a tap on our dispatch number. Google receives cookie identifiers, page and click information for this measurement and to improve ad delivery. Visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Quebec are asked first and tracking stays limited until they accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with Cookie settings in the footer. Your choices
You can update your profile anytime, or ask us to delete your account and information, subject to records we must keep for tax purposes.
