Delivery times, truck access, payment, and bigger orders — answered for concrete sand and masonry sand deliveries across Central Texas.
How fast can I get sand delivered?
Most in-area orders can be scheduled for next day. You pick a delivery window at checkout (morning or afternoon), and you can track the truck live from Track my jobs. Orders placed before noon usually have the best chance of next-day delivery.
What delivery windows can I choose from?
We offer morning and afternoon windows Monday through Saturday. Exact windows depend on your town; once you enter your ZIP at checkout you'll see the available times for your area.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available in most Central Texas service areas. Sunday delivery is not standard; call dispatch for a special request if a job can't wait.
What access does the delivery truck need?
Plan for about 12 feet of width and 14 feet of overhead clearance for the dump truck. You can add driver notes at checkout for gates, narrow alleys, low branches, or a specific drop spot on the site.
Can the truck dump on a driveway or lawn?
Dump trucks are heavy — a solid, level surface like a driveway or pad is best. We avoid dumping on soft lawns or freshly laid surfaces that a loaded truck could damage. Add a note if you have a preferred dump location.
How much sand fits on one truck?
Each truck carries up to 16 tons of sand in a single load. If you need more than one truckload, the order is split into multiple loads automatically, or you can request a quote for a large or recurring job.
What's the minimum sand order?
The minimum order is 2 tons. Below that, the per-ton price and delivery fee don't make sense for a dedicated truck run.
How do I pay for a sand delivery?
Pay securely online by card at checkout. You can save your payment method for repeat orders, and rewards points earned from past deliveries can be applied at checkout to lower the total.
Do you take deposits for big orders?
Large and custom orders can require a deposit to hold the schedule. The deposit is applied to your final total; the remaining balance is charged after the load is confirmed and scheduled.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once a load is on the way, refunds are handled case by case based on the work already done. Rewards points earned on a refunded order are returned.
Can I order more than one truckload of sand?
Absolutely. Orders over one truckload (more than 16 tons) are split into separate loads and scheduled across available windows. For recurring jobs or very large quantities, request a quote and dispatch will line up the trucks and timing.
Do you deliver to job sites and contractors?
Yes. We deliver to homes, job sites, and commercial yards across Central Texas. Contractors can request a listing for bulk quotes, recurring schedules, and account billing.
Will I get a receipt?
Every paid order gets a receipt in your account under Track my jobs. You can view and download it any time after the order is confirmed.
What if I'm not sure how many tons I need?
Use the tons calculator on the bulk sand page — enter your area and depth and it figures cubic yards, tons, and truckloads. You can also request a quote and dispatch will help size the order.
